On the 3rd July the Australian Department of Home affairs announced that the regional skilled migration program will remain closed until further notice. It’s expected that new numbers will be announced with the budget in October 2020 and the programs will re-open at that time.
This affects the following subclasses: s/c 491, 190, 188, 132
It does not affect visas in the family reunion program, such as parent visas or partner visas. These visa application will continue to be accepted and processed as usual.
